Palpatine on Naboo

Yes! Finally here, on DeviantART! (fed up with scanning:@ )
It shows the young Palpatine (Darth Sidious) at Naboo's university district. He hold that aurodium medal which he got from Hego Damask (Darth Palgueis). I guess I shouldn't say that I was reading the book:
